Yellow Dude

Yellow Dude is an animated YouTube channel that teaches calisthenics, or bodyweight training, through a faceless cartoon yellow figure. The channel has 1.69 million subscribers and more than 100 million views as of September 2026, and its tagline is "Calisthenics for people who hate fitness clichés."

The channel started in October 2020. Its videos cover push-ups, pull-ups, handstands, and planches, and many list the research studies behind the advice. Recent videos credit a small team of writers, illustrators, editors, and a voice actor. The most-watched video, "What actually makes muscles grow," has 5.06 million views, and in August 2026 Yellow Dude released a push-up video with Matt Schifferle of Red Delta Project.

Yellow Dude is run by GRAVGEAR LLC, which sells Gravgear training equipment such as weight vests and gymnastic rings. The brand also publishes the Calisthenics Playbook, a comic-style book series, and is building a training app. Its accounts have 636,975 followers on Instagram and 569,600 on TikTok, and recent videos carry sponsor reads for MacroFactor, Tiege Hanley, and GORNATION.
