Trainer Winny

Trainer Winny is an animated fitness educator who teaches bodybuilding on YouTube through a cartoon character in a black tank top. The channel has 934,000 subscribers and more than 67 million views as of September 2026. The series is called "Bodybuilding Simplified."

The channel launched in 2023, and its first video, on training and programming, came out that July. The best-known format is the exercise tier list, which ranks moves for abs, forearms, chest, cardio, and other areas from best to worst. The channel also posts free beginner plans, including its most-watched video, "Step by Step Beginner Gym Guide," with 4.07 million views.

Winny says the training began at age 14 and has continued for more than ten years. Digital training and nutrition plans, including Push Pull Legs, Upper Lower, Full Body, and Arnold Split, are sold at bodybuildingsimplified.com, and the Upper/Lower program is also on the Boostcamp app.
